French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team based in South Africa. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, creating new business opportunities and helping our B2B clients stand out.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and build a high‑quality sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed targets in a high‑energy environment.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Prepare reports on booked opportunities.
- Represent Punch! and its clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with the team and take part in fun incentives.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, SDR, telesales or lead generation.
- Strong communication and active‑listening skills under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.
- Ambitious, self‑starting and eager to grow in a sales career.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
