About the role

Thomas is a fast‑growing AI‑powered people science platform looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and long‑term client success. You will work closely with Customer Success and product teams to deliver measurable growth for organisations.

Key responsibilities

  • Win new business – build and grow relationships within your chosen sector, from first meeting to signed contract.
  • Deliver impact – present tailored, insight‑driven demos that showcase how Thomas’s AI solutions transform organisations.
  • Drive growth – collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of the market – analyse trends, competitors and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
  • Influence innovation – provide customer insights that help refine the AI platform and product roadmap.

Required profile

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.
  • Consultative sales approach with strong presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Commercially savvy, results‑driven and collaborative.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
