About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. This mid‑career position focuses on delivering high‑quality service to our clients while supporting account managers in growing and retaining portfolios. The role offers a stable, permanent contract within a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective service delivery.
- Assist Account Managers with daily tasks to retain and expand client portfolios.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure portfolio satisfaction and uphold data integrity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or logistics.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
