Corporate M&A & Venture Capital Lawyer (Remote)

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing boutique law firm based in London, specialising in venture capital financings and corporate M&A. The firm is seeking a remote Corporate M&A & Venture Capital Lawyer to support its transactional practice, working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate ancillary transaction documents.
• Manage transaction document suites and deal bibles.
• Coordinate signing and completion processes through DocuSign.
• Assist with transaction closings and post‑completion matters.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties and other stakeholders.
• Support senior lawyers on venture capital, M&A and general corporate matters.

Required profile

• Prior corporate M&A experience at a leading law firm.
• Proven experience preparing and negotiating ancillary documents.
• Experience coordinating multi‑document signing and closing processes.
• Strong academic record and excellent organisational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and professional home‑office setup.
• Ability to work UK business hours and handle sophisticated international transactions.
