Contract Manager / Paralegal (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

As a Contract Manager / Paralegal at Adhesive Media, you will be the central point for all creator‑side agreements in a fast‑growing YouTube sponsorship agency. You will review brand contracts, draft creator agreements, and ensure every deal is signed and protected.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming brand contracts and flag items that need negotiation.
• Draft creator agreements using existing templates and improve the system.
• Handle redlines with brand legal teams and creator managers.
• Maintain a shared inbox with a 24‑hour turnaround for drafts.
• Keep the deal pipeline up‑to‑date in Airtable.

Required profile

• Paralegal background or legal studies (law degree not required).
• Experience with commercial contracts and a sharp legal mind.
• High tolerance for detail, strong organization, and ability to work quickly.
• Genuine interest in the YouTube creator and influencer space.

Required skills

• Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.
• Excellent written English for professional emails and redline comments.
• Proficiency with Airtable, Asana, Slack, Missive, Notion, Google Workspace, and PandaDoc.
