• LLB degree and admission as an attorney.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate legal experience, preferably within the property management sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven capability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Current residence in Cape Town.
