Contracts Officer – Legal & Construction

About the role

The Contracts Officer will support our Legal and Construction teams by managing a variety of agreements related to renewable energy and infrastructure projects. This hands‑on position works closely with development, technical, and legal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet governance standards and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review, administer, and monitor engineering, license, equipment supply, EPC, OM, PPA and other supply agreements.
• Provide cost and commercial support, tracking variations and contractual obligations.
• Assist with risk assessment and governance compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project and stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma (e.g., Commerce, Construction Management, Business) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts administration, commercial support, or project support.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects; renewable‑energy experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial terms.
• Excellent attention to detail and document‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with contract management systems.
