Construction Foreman – Western Cape

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily on‑site operations in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site activities and manage the construction crew.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects meet schedule and quality benchmarks.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
• Report progress and issues to project management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven experience as a Construction Foreman.
• Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.
• Strong leadership and site supervision abilities.
• Ability to manage teams, timelines and quality standards.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
• Must reside in the Western Cape.
