• Strong commercial and operational leadership capability.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and retain clients.
• Strategic mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing business performance.
• Relevant tertiary qualification; MBA advantageous.
