About the role
The Business Development Representative (BDR 3) will work to increase sales volumes, market share and competitiveness by delivering market‑driven, differentiated service to clearly identified segments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors (orders, payment, redistribution).
- Ensure IB products are fully stocked in customers’ retail outlets.
- Maintain merchandising visibility, including POS displays and chillers.
- Guarantee chillers are dedicated to IBPLC products in the assigned sector.
- Monitor recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
- Closely track competitor actions.
Required profile
- 3‑year degree qualification.
- At least 2 years experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Local area knowledge.
- Excellent administration skills.
