About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients for our multi‑asset brokerage platform. The role focuses on expanding our presence in the South African market, building strong relationships, and delivering sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential Introducing Brokers and clients.
- Research, plan, and implement market entry initiatives targeting South Africa.
- Conduct outbound calls to address product issues, service inquiries, and general client concerns.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing customer relationships.
- Provide feedback on customer service efficiency and resolve complaints.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Early‑ to mid‑level professional experience.
- Background in stock, securities, banking, insurance or wealth management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Knowledge of stock, securities and Forex markets.
- Familiarity with the MetaTrader 4 trading platform.
