Business Development Manager – Advertising & OOH Media

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Business Development Manager to drive new revenue in the advertising and out‑of‑home (OOH) media space. The successful candidate will thrive on hunting new business, exceeding KPIs, and building lasting client relationships with agencies and B2B partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new OOH media and advertising opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with advertising agencies and B2B clients, delivering impactful advertising solutions.
• Create persuasive proposals, negotiate terms and close deals confidently to achieve revenue targets.
• Stay informed on OOH formats, digital advertising trends and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in OOH media sales (including billboards), digital advertising sales or a print/publishing environment.
• Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Experience working directly with advertising agencies and B2B clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• KPI‑driven, self‑motivated, resilient under pressure and a collaborative team player.
