Account Manager – LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong sales background to own client campaign management on the Valley platform. This hands‑on, operational role involves managing LinkedIn‑connected outbound campaigns from start to finish, monitoring prospect replies, and turning data into actionable improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage prospect replies across client LinkedIn accounts.
- Analyze reply patterns to identify resonant messaging and recommend adjustments.
- Configure Valley Studio settings, including product selection, ICP scoring, writing styles, and campaign structure.
- Maintain workspace hygiene: tagging, prospect management, archive workflows, and Do Not Contact lists.
- Handle campaign replenishment to keep client pipelines active.
- Communicate performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or outbound lead generation.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a sales channel and outbound sequencing.
- Ability to read reply data analytically and draw practical conclusions.
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts with high attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who can explain data and strategy to non‑technical clients.
- Highly organized and self‑directed in a remote, asynchronous environment.
