About the role
We are seeking a commercially‑minded Business Development Executive to grow Keller Executive Search’s client base across the US and global markets. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you will build lasting relationships, uncover hiring challenges and deliver tailored solutions that create long‑term value for both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the US and international markets through structured outreach.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs and business objectives.
- Develop and present tailored proposals that align our services with client goals.
- Manage client relationships throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
- Map target accounts and execute multi‑touch, multi‑stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Convert inbound leads and referrals into new client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client intelligence in target sectors.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and BD strategy planning.
Required profile
- Proven business development or client relationship experience in professional services, recruitment solutions or similar B2B environments.
- Successful track record engaging US‑based or international clients.
- Ability to build trusted, long‑term partnerships and run structured discovery processes.
- Strong communication skills with C‑level stakeholders via email, video and phone.
- Disciplined CRM usage with meticulous pipeline management.
- Self‑directed, effective in a fully remote setting and fluent in professional‑level written English.
