About the role
The company is an innovative EdTech startup that transforms bedtime into an engaging learning experience for children. We are looking for a Brand & Community Engagement Manager to build, nurture, and grow our community of parents, educators, creators, and brand advocates worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage active communities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, email and emerging channels.
- Create authentic conversations with parents, educators and customers while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Design initiatives that drive user‑generated content, customer stories, reviews and advocacy.
- Identify, recruit and collaborate with influencers, parenting bloggers, educators and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, gifting programmes and creator partnerships to boost awareness.
- Support PR and brand‑awareness activities by building relationships with media, podcasts and industry partners.
- Monitor social trends, cultural moments and new platforms to uncover authentic participation opportunities.
- Moderate community discussions, handle enquiries, feedback and escalations with empathy.
- Track brand sentiment, flag reputational risks and provide actionable insights to Marketing, Product and Leadership teams.
- Measure and report on community growth, engagement, influencer performance and advocacy metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience building and nurturing online communities, preferably in consumer or education sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
- Strong collaborative mindset; able to work closely with Marketing, Design, Content and Product teams.
- Analytical orientation to translate community feedback into strategic recommendations.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach, campaign coordination and partnership management.
- Ability to monitor social media trends and use analytics tools to assess sentiment and performance.
