Back-End (Java) Developer

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking technology team that builds high‑performance, cloud‑based solutions. As a Back‑End (Java) Developer you will own the design, implementation and optimisation of mission‑critical platforms that enable real‑time client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure client‑facing web systems.
• Design and implement back‑end APIs and core business logic for new features.
• Build and manage integrations between hardware, mobile apps and web platforms.
• Monitor, maintain and optimise cloud databases, servers and overall system performance.
• Maintain DevOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 + years of back‑end or software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to optimise system performance and scalability.
