Automotive Storeroom & Parts Controller (Pretoria East)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Automotive Storeroom & Parts Controller to manage a busy automotive fitment centre and workshop in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end stock control process, ensuring parts are available when needed while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries.
• Process GRV (Goods Received Voucher) and allocate stock accurately.
• Issue parts to workshop technicians.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory levels and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Keep the storeroom clean, organised and efficient.
• Liaise with procurement and workshop departments.
• Manage fast‑moving inventory in a workshop environment.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of stock control experience, preferably in an automotive or technical workshop.
• Matric qualification; additional stock control or warehouse certification is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, honesty and reliability.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and as part of a workshop team.

What we offer
