Admitted Attorney – Property & Community Schemes

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced admitted attorney to join our legal team in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on property law, community schemes and levy collection matters, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and provide specialist legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle community schemes and sectional title matters.
• Manage levy collection processes and related litigation.
• Provide legal advice on a range of property law issues.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and pleadings.
• Attend court hearings and liaise with clients.

Required profile

• Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum two years post‑admission experience.
• Experience in community schemes, levy collections and property law.
• Strong drafting, litigation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
