Accounting Manager – Private Equity Services

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the delivery of accounting and reporting services for a portfolio of private‑equity clients. You will act as the primary contact for the Private Equity Operations team, ensuring that all client onboarding, financial reporting and NAV processes are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting services to a complex book of private‑equity clients.
• Project‑manage new client, investor and investment onboarding.
• Serve as the central point of contact for the allocated client base.
• Ensure policies, procedures and checklists are completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee specialised services teams on financial reporting, NAV preparation and SLA delivery.
• Perform quality control on payments, calculations and transactions before final approval.
• Prepare and implement client‑specific reporting procedures and support new structure implementation.
• Guarantee compliance with local law, IFRS/GAAP and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to client‑service teams and reinforce KPI performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal functions and cover for other managers as needed.
• Manage performance and development of direct reports.

Required profile

• Significant experience in private‑equity accounting or fund administration.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
