About the role
The Account Manager will own the end‑to‑end relationship between US‑based clients and South African team members placed within those organisations. You will ensure smooth service delivery, proactive communication and strong operational support so both clients and contractors succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client communication with professionalism, clarity and consistency; conduct regular check‑ins, performance reviews and service updates.
- Understand client needs deeply and translate them into clear operational actions, managing expectations around performance, hours, deliverables and communication.
- Build trusting relationships with contractors, provide guidance on expectations, workflows and KPIs, and address performance concerns early.
- Maintain structured workflows, SOPs and documentation for each account; oversee onboarding of new contractors and record all actions in Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure seamless delivery.
- Identify and resolve service delivery challenges, facilitate constructive conversations and escalate complex matters when needed.
- Track and report on contractor performance, client satisfaction, hours, attendance and risks; provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership.

- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools.
