About the role
As an Account Developer at Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa you will manage a defined sales territory, build relationships with customers and drive growth of Coca‑Cola ready‑to‑drink brands across the market. The role is designed as a development path for future sales leaders, offering hands‑on experience in frontline execution and direct impact on business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop a sales territory, achieving volume and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding share with existing accounts.
- Execute promotional activities and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Utilise digital sales tools to track performance and plan visits.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
