Technical Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑savvy Technical Customer Success Manager to guide clients through the adoption of a cutting‑edge AI platform. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from onboarding to long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and manage the full technical success process.
• Plan and execute implementation projects, ensuring seamless platform integration.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and engineering teams.
• Deliver product demos, training sessions, and ongoing technical support.
• Identify upsell and feature‑adoption opportunities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Build and refine scalable customer‑success processes.
• Develop strong, lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in AI, machine learning, or conversational AI.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing technical implementations and client engagements.
