About the role
We are looking for a Level 1 Systems Administrator to provide remote IT support for a variety of clients. You will troubleshoot systems, deploy secure identity management, and help automate workflows within a collaborative, managed‑services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support to multiple clients across different industries.
- Configure and maintain cloud‑based directory services and multi‑factor authentication solutions.
- Optimize and automate tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Participate in security assessments and contribute to the overall security posture.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to resolve complex issues.
Required profile
- Experience in client‑facing IT support or systems administration in a remote, multi‑client setting.
- Familiarity with mixed operating systems, including macOS and Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.
