Retail Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Recruitment Officer plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization, maintaining an active pipeline and recruiting for bulk roles for new stores and replacement positions.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with line managers to understand staffing needs.
• Post job advertisements onto the Simplify HR platform.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for bulk store positions.
• Recruit for franchise partners and corporate stores, handling high‑volume hiring.
• Conduct assessments, MIE tests, and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Gather supporting documents and compile comprehensive recruitment packs.
• Order uniforms for new hires and ensure timely delivery.
• Submit recruitment packs to Human Resource Administrators for processing.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Training departments to align hiring with store openings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in bulk recruitment.
• Self‑starter with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Diploma in Human Resources or related qualification is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for new store openings.
