About the role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales performance of new vehicles across our dealership network. You will analyse sales data, develop strategies to increase sales, and ensure that each dealership meets or exceeds its targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and improve sales performance across the region.
- Provide coaching, training and support to dealership sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, incentive programs and promotions.
- Produce performance reports and conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Enhance the customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5‑8 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably within an OEM environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using sales performance management tools.
