Floor Supervisor (40hr) – Retail

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will support the store management team at Totalsports, Mall of Africa, by providing strong leadership to the store team and ensuring a customer‑centric approach. This full‑time position (40 hours per week) focuses on operational excellence, motivation, and achieving key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive performance against store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts, and visual standards.
• Allocate time effectively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize daily operations.
• Provide input on merchandise and visual presentation principles.
• Ensure execution of the customer service strategy and meet customer demands.
• Support strategic sales planning and manage the sales process.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse customers and situations.
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
