Recruitment Coordinator – High-Volume Hiring (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to drive high‑volume hiring for our remote teams across US time zones. You will work in a structured, process‑driven environment, supporting multiple open roles simultaneously through sourcing, screening, and recruitment administration.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks.
• Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Send high‑volume candidate communications and follow‑ups.
• Support recruiters with offer‑stage and onboarding administration.
• Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Hands‑on sourcing experience in a high‑volume or fast‑paced hiring environment.
• Prior remote work experience with fluency in collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows.
• High attention to detail and strict adherence to processes.
• Comfortable handling high candidate throughput and tight timelines.

• ATS platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable (or similar).
• Sourcing & scheduling tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, job boards.
• Collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana.
