Production Administrator

About the role

The Production Administrator will be based on the factory floor of a well‑established manufacturing company in Pretoria. This role supports the smooth flow of production by handling administrative tasks, quality control documentation, and workflow follow‑ups in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check and manage quality‑control checklists and related documentation.
• File production paperwork, maintain accurate records and generate reports.
• Track faults, production issues and deviations, and follow up on rejected items.
• Monitor production workflow, obtain sign‑offs and ensure procedures are correctly applied on the shop floor.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or clothing environment is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, self‑motivated and physically fit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
