Operations Coordinator (Manufacturing & Logistics)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our manufacturing and logistics functions in Pretoria. The role bridges the gap between client orders, production teams and logistics partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process client orders and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate order fulfillment across production, warehouse and external suppliers.
• Manage material flow, end‑product deliveries and outsource work logistics.
• Maintain smooth workflow between departments by tracking progress and resolving bottlenecks.
• Provide high‑quality client service and act as the primary point of contact for order‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of client‑service orientation and multitasking capability.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for efficiency and coordination.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing or construction environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with basic office and order‑management systems.
