Product Manager – Vendor Experience & Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon’s Retail Operations & Initiatives team seeks a Product Manager to drive improvements in Vendor Experience and Supply Chain performance across its retail business. You will work closely with Retail Business Services, Vendor Managers, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to simplify processes, increase visibility, and scale solutions that boost vendor satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programs to enhance vendor experience and supply‑chain efficiency across categories and marketplaces.
• Identify root causes of vendor and supply‑chain pain points and design scalable solutions.
• Define and monitor key metrics for vendor experience and supply performance.
• Develop standard operating procedures and drive adoption across multiple business teams.
• Conduct data‑driven deep dives and process mapping to quantify impact and measure results.
• Influence technology roadmaps to address systemic gaps.
• Prepare and present business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering major new products or services.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of VBA.
