Onboarding Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast‑growing ABA therapy company’s remote team. You will be the first point of contact for newly hired therapists across multiple US states, guiding them through every step of the onboarding journey while ensuring a smooth, timely experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with new therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage, identifying pending tasks.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates on schedule.
• Maintain candidate statuses on a shared board and prevent bottlenecks.
• Accurately record and track tasks in ClickUp and other company systems.
• Flag disengaged candidates and apply appropriate protocols.
• Coordinate with the staffing team when candidates reach the placement stage.
• Handle approximately 30 onboarding cases per month per state, with team support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with the ABA therapy sector or a background in healthcare, disability, or mental‑health services is a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities and a task‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills.
• Reliable home internet (minimum 25 Mbps fiber) and power backup solution.
