Management & Leadership Instructor – AI Training

About the role

We are seeking experienced management educators to evaluate and improve AI systems that are trained on real-world leadership and business scenarios. Your expertise will shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training.
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI models’ handling of managerial reasoning and trade-offs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post-secondary level.
• Strong foundational knowledge of organizational behavior and management theory.
• Skilled at critically evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing trade-offs.
• Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios, recommendations, and reasoning.
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.

Required skills
