About the role
Grainovation is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, pricing, and execution of commodity transport. The role involves coordinating all stages of moving commodities efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the loading, transportation, and offloading of commodities.
- Manage and adjust transport schedules to ensure efficient execution of contracts.
- Obtain and evaluate transport quotations from subcontractors, including industry and competitor benchmarking.
- Monitor contract execution and report operational incidents and deviations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
