Junior Buyer – Centralised Procurement

About the role

Senwes is seeking a Junior Buyer to support the centralised procurement function. The role focuses on routine purchasing, supplier liaison and ensuring that procurement activities are efficient, economical and compliant with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Procure goods and services required across the business.
• Maintain supplier database and manage supplier relationships.
• Expedite orders, follow up with suppliers and monitor delivery status.
• Support contract implementation and ensure stock availability.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and provide client service.
• Administer purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with procedures.

Required profile

• Interest in purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Ability to handle routine purchasing activities and supplier liaison.
• Attention to detail for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
