About the role
We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site professional to join our team in Polokwane. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining office automation and print management solutions while providing technical support to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain office automation and print management systems.
- Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot system errors and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and suggest workflow improvements.
- Travel locally as needed with a valid driver’s licence.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple tasks.
- Project‑management experience and collaborative mindset.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
