Graduate Accountant – Financial Accounting Role

About the role

This position is ideal for a top‑performing financial accounting graduate who wants to launch a career in a fast‑paced consulting environment. You will join a dynamic finance team in Centurion, gaining exposure to a variety of industries and high‑level financial functions from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full financial accounting function, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support audits and statutory reporting requirements.
• Conduct financial data analysis to aid business decision‑making.

Required profile

• BCom Accounting (non‑negotiable) with a consistently strong academic record.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates with strong academics are welcome.
• Exposure to accounting principles and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• High attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (advantageous).
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a strong work ethic.
