About the role

The professional services firm is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead internal financial operations. You will ensure accurate accounting, reporting, budgeting and compliance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Conduct bank, customer, supplier and balance‑sheet reconciliations, managing debtor and creditor balances.
  • Handle tax calculations, budgeting processes and financial analysis.
  • Implement internal controls and ensure accounting compliance.

Required profile

  • Relevant finance, accounting or related qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial management within a professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities, capable of independent work.

Required skills

  • Accounts payable and receivable management.
  • General ledger and journal processing.
  • Bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
  • Tax calculation and budgeting.
  • Financial analysis and internal control implementation.
