About the role
The Customer Success Manager will join the EMEA Customer Excellence team at S&P Global Energy. You will help customers onboard, adopt, and derive maximum value from our energy and commodities data solutions while acting as a trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage French‑speaking customers to understand their needs and drive product adoption.
- Deliver remote and on‑site training sessions, tailoring content to each client’s workflow.
- Monitor usage data and health scores to identify upsell or support opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and service teams.
- Collaborate across functions to create seamless, elevated customer experiences.
- Anticipate challenges and address them before they become issues.
Required profile
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience or 5 years in the energy, commodities, or finance sector.
- Strong presentation and software demo abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Required skills
- Gainsight (or similar customer success platform).
- Salesforce (or similar CRM).
