CSO & Quality Administrator

About the role

The CSO & Quality Administrator will support DHL Supply Chain’s vision of becoming a great place to work by ensuring smooth goods receipt processes and maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and the Metso system to resolve discrepancies quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document issues that prevent goods receipt, such as missing documents or system errors.
• Create and manage ODR entries in the Metso system with accurate reason codes and supporting evidence.
• Notify Metso and internal stakeholders, monitor responses, and follow up until resolution.
• Close ODR entries once discrepancies are resolved and goods receipt can proceed.
• Generate and validate accurate ASN data for inbound loads, sharing details with Receiving and Security.
• Update ASN information for changes in ETA or quantity variances.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture by reporting incidents in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential; tertiary qualification is an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Windows, email, and accounting packages.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation, and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow procedures and safety rules, and understand written instructions.
• Good analytical, administrative, and communication skills with high efficiency.
