About the role
The Claims Audit Officer will be responsible for reviewing a backlog of claim files to determine their current status and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive backlog claim audits.
- Determine claim status for each file.
- Verify claimant and system information.
- Identify outstanding information and any dependencies.
- Recommend further handling of the file to the appropriate workstream based on audit findings.
