About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR 3) will work to increase sales volumes, market share and competitiveness by delivering market‑driven, differentiated service to clearly identified segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
  • Manage and supervise distributors (orders, payment, redistribution).
  • Ensure IB products are fully stocked in customers’ retail outlets.
  • Maintain merchandising visibility, including POS displays and chillers.
  • Guarantee chillers are dedicated to IBPLC products in the assigned sector.
  • Monitor recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
  • Closely track competitor actions.

Required profile

  • 3‑year degree qualification.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
  • Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Local area knowledge.
  • Excellent administration skills.
