About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Partner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs that support professional growth and align with business objectives. The role works closely with executive leaders and HR to embed a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner with business leaders to conduct needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and define learning priorities.
• Design, develop, and launch curricula, training programs, and resources for diverse employee groups.
• Implement metrics and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive data‑informed improvements.
• Advise on innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance engagement and delivery.
• Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all learning initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in adult learning theory, instructional design, and L&D program management.
• Proven ability to align learning initiatives with business strategy and drive measurable impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to assess training outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.
