White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value roles, handling deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. The position operates on UK business hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM) with a partial overlap of US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone outreach (approximately 3.75 hours daily) to identify and engage legal candidates.
• Perform research and outreach activities (about 5 hours daily) to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (around 1 hour).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, for high‑value legal roles.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 million portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work long hours covering partial US business hours.
• Comfort with remote work and independent time management.
