Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Isando. The role involves overseeing receiving, storage, order fulfilment and export activities in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control procedures, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Handle relationships with freight providers, transport companies and other logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Support import and export processes, ensuring shipments meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise and develop warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
• Investigate and resolve operational, inventory and logistics issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of logistics, distribution and supply‑chain operations.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and driving performance.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and shipping compliance is advantageous.
• Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
