About the role

Join a growing UK customer service team based in Cape Town. You will be the calm, friendly voice handling inbound calls from UK customers for a motor car insurance campaign. This permanent position offers a stable environment for experienced call‑centre professionals.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from UK‑based customers only.
Resolve customer queries calmly, efficiently and courteously.
Log call details accurately in internal systems.
Meet quality, productivity and service‑level targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Represent the brand professionally on every call.

Required profile

Minimum 9 months experience in a call‑centre environment.
Clear criminal and credit records.
South African citizenship.
Matric certificate passed.
