UI/UX Designer – Build UX Capability

About the role

We are supporting a client who needs a UX Designer to establish a UX capability from the ground up and shape user experiences across their digital platforms. This role combines hands‑on UX design with the opportunity to influence how UX is embedded throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, testing, and gather feedback.
• Develop wireframes, task flows, prototypes, and interaction models based on user needs.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive, user‑friendly software.
• Define personas, conduct concept and usability testing, and evaluate success.
• Find creative solutions to UX problems such as usability and findability.
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs and communicate ideas to developers.
• Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX or UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Background in project management and research.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as UX Pin and Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
