Transport Application Specialist

About the role

The Transport Application Specialist provides hands‑on support and implementation assistance for the Transport Management System (TMS) and related transport applications. The role ensures that the transport platform remains stable, reliable, and aligned with daily logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain system stability and monitor performance of the TMS.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users, troubleshooting incidents and answering queries.
• Validate and maintain accurate master data within the transport applications.
• Assist with system integrations and data flows between TMS and other business systems.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance.
• Escalate complex or high‑impact issues according to defined processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in application support or implementation for logistics/transport software.
• Familiarity with Transport Management Systems and related transport applications.
• Ability to work within established standards, processes, and escalation procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
