Temporary Filing Clerk – Pretoria West

About the role
Our client, a well‑established vehicle parts company in Pretoria West, is seeking a reliable and organised Filing Clerk to support filing and general administrative duties. The position is a one‑month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- File and organise company documents and records.
- Maintain an accurate and well‑organised filing system.
- Sort and categorise documents.
- Retrieve and locate files when required.
- Scan and photocopy documents.
- Capture and update information as needed.
- Ensure documents are filed correctly and kept up to date.
- Assist with general administrative duties and provide support to the team.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Previous filing and administrative experience.
- Computer literate.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residence in Pretoria West or surrounding areas; no relocation.
- Immediate availability.
