Team Leader (Mobile)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader (Mobile) to drive growth of our mobile betting operations in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo. You will be responsible for achieving mobile betting targets, analysing financial data, and ensuring proactive reporting while leading a team of Mobile Clerks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Managers to meet active and qualified account targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns with the Marketing Team.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are ready for regional and national campaigns.
• Measure promotion effectiveness using ROI and Promo Tracker.
• Conduct market analysis and suggest improvements.
• Recruit, interview, and coordinate induction with AM/Trainer.
• Set daily targets, conduct performance reviews, and manage HR/IR functions for Mobile Clerks.
• Grow and roll out Top‑Up Voucher outlets across distributor networks.
• Organise continuous training on betting types, processes, and mobile platforms.
• Oversee cash‑up procedures, report shortages, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Provide daily operational support to Area Managers and produce regular reports.
• Manage team leave, absenteeism, attendance, and stock levels.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and handle diverse personalities.
