About the role
The Trainee Manager position offers a hands‑on learning experience in supermarket operations. You will be introduced to all aspects of store management, from product handling to team leadership, while fostering a friendly and family‑like atmosphere for customers and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and support daily store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.
- Assist in supervising and coaching store employees to deliver high‑quality service.
- Help create a pleasant, welcoming environment for customers.
- Promote a culture of trust, honesty, integrity and respect throughout the store.
- Participate in performance reviews and development plans for team members.
